How To Choose The Right Shoes For Your Baby
Don’t worry if you’re unsure how to start when buying shoes for your baby for the first time. You can use the following three suggested methods to measure your baby’s feet:
- Prepare a blank A4 paper and place it on the floor.
- Place your baby’s foot on the A4 paper and mark lines at the heel and the longest toe.
- Measure the length between the marks using a ruler and add 0.5 or 1.0 centimeters to determine the appropriate shoe size for your baby.
- Prepare a blank A4 paper and place it on the floor.
- Place the A4 paper against a wall and have your baby stand on the paper with their back to the wall.
- Ensure their heel is against the wall and they are standing barefoot.
- Mark the longest toe on the paper.
- Measure the length between the mark and the edge of the paper using a ruler and add 0.5 or 1.0 centimeters to determine the suitable shoe size for your baby.
- Prepare a foot measuring device, such as a Carter’s Bunny foot measuring gauge.
- Have your baby’s small foot rest against the back of the measuring device.
- Slide the measurement indicator to the tip of your baby’s longest toe and read the corresponding measurement.
- You can directly select the baby’s shoe size based on the measurement displayed on the measuring device (in centimeters).
By using these three methods, you can accurately measure your baby’s foot length and choose the appropriate shoe size for your baby. If you have any questions, feel free to consult our customer service.
