- The item must be in good condition, with clean insoles and soles.
- Returns need to be initiated within 14 days from the date of received.
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- If neither an exchange nor a return is requested, the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
- We, as the seller, will provide one-time free postage for resend in case of an exchange.
- Exchanges and returns are limited to orders placed on our website.
