   • Please note that due to courier charges, shipping fees may be slightly higher for deliveries to East Malaysia compared to West Malaysia.
     
     

3. Processing Time:

   • During non-sale periods or peak seasons, goods will be processed, packed, and shipped out within 3 to 4 working days.
   • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
     
     

4. Pre-order Items:

   • For pre-order items, the shipping timeframe is determined on a case-by-case basis and may not follow the normal ship-out days.
     
     

5. Order Placement Time:

   • Orders placed after 1 PM are considered as next working day orders.
     
     

6. Exceptional Volume:

   • Please note that during major sale periods or times of exceptional volume, your shipping time may be extended by several days. We appreciate your patience during such instances.

   • Once the item has been shipped out and if a customer requests a refund, the shipping fees will not be refunded.

   • Couriers typically take 2 to 7 days to deliver your order, depending on your address.
   • Please expect longer delivery times for addresses in East Malaysia compared to West Malaysia.
